Veronica Malolos, CCIM secures 2 retail leases for property that has been vacant for 10 years

Kissimmee, Fla. – The Osceola County Board engaged Veronica Malolos, CCIM and Jeff Bloom, CCIM both brokers of NAI Realvest to co-list the property on 522 - 533 Emmett St. in downtown Kissimmee. Within 6 months, Malolos and Bloom completed the lease of a 4,732 SF space to Ma’Belle Events and 1,613 SF to Cafe Barista.

Malolos, Managing Broker/ Principal of Capital Stack Real Estate Group, and Bloom brokered the transaction on behalf of both the Landlord and Tenant on October 7, 2019. Ma’Belle and Cafe Barista are scheduled to open April 2021.
