Wildwood, Fla. – Larissa Dutra closed an Industrial Sale of a 15,500 square foot property at 4399 Country Road 156, Wildwood, Fl 34785  for $ 1,000,000 on March 7, 2018.

 Dutra together with Carlos Bonilla (La Rosa Realty CW Properties), both  Principals and brokers of Capital Stack Real Estate Group brokered the transaction between the buyer, Jaga Investment 7LLC, and the seller, Centennial Bank. Jaga Investment’s latest acquisition to add to its portfolio of various industrial buildings mostly located at the Central Florida Parkway area.

 This is one of two industrial properties that the team of Dutra and Carlos Bonilla (La Rosa Realty CW Properties), both Principals and brokers of Capital Stack Real Estate Group closed for the buyer, Jaga Investment 7 LLC. The property was purchased as is with value added. Bank Owned.
