Dutra completes Office Lease for Opmax LLC

Orlando, Fla. – Larissa Dutra and CarlosBonilla (La Rosa Realty CW Properties) Brokers and Principals for Capital Stack Real Estate Group, completed an Office lease agreement for 37 months between  Opmax LLC and Exeter 6901 TPC, LLC. This  is a 3,360 square foot property on 6901 Tpc Drive, Suite 350, Orlando 32822.

The Tenant previously occupied a 4,448 SF space at Exchange Drive in Orlando. The Landlord’s corporate office was in a different state such that negotiations had numerous delays. Representing the Tenant, Opmax LLC, Dutra and Bonilla closed the deal on February 21, 2018 and negotiated Landlord improvements for the tenant.
