    The City of Kissimmee has acquired the final property on N Stewart Ave, completing its ownership of the block for future infrastructure development. With Veronica's assistance, the City purchased the office space at 100 N Stewart for $750K, marking a significant step in its ongoing investment in infrastructure to benefit the community. The property is set to be repurposed within 1-2 years. Congratulations to Veronica on a successful deal!

  • 36,000+ sf Class A Industrial space in Osceola County Leased

    Osceola County - Veronica Malolos, CCIM, Managing Broker/Principal of Capital Stack Real Estate Group recently represented a high-value Tech Company in the leasing of 36,404 sf of Class A Industrial space. Jared Bonshire, SIOR, and his Team at Cushman and Wakefield represented the Landlord. Space delivery is on May 1, 2022.

  • $3.825 M Closed: 14,625 SF Office Building in Orlando

    A health insurance client sought a new office for expansion and found the perfect fit in a 14,625 SF former Social Security Office in Osceola, sitting on 2.09 acres with 76 parking spaces. Despite losing the initial bid due to multiple offers, Veronica's persistence and connections with Jeff Bloom of NAI Realvest paid off when the property returned to market. With an all-cash offer, the deal closed successfully. This highlights the importance of relationships and determination in commercial real estate.   • Flavia Kanyago closes 10 year lease with Foxtail Coffee

    Flavia Kanyago, Director of Retail at Capital Stack Real Estate Group, successfully closed a 10-year lease for a 2,383 SF property at 201 Sanford Ave, Sanford, FL, between San Leon Sanford LLC and Foxtail Coffee on June 24, 2021. This deal marks a significant step in the revitalization of Downtown Sanford, with luxury apartments and a popular retail tenant enhancing the area's urban vibe. Kanyago, representing the landlord, highlighted the exciting opportunities this brings for local residents and employees.
