St. Cloud Compounding Pharmacy engaged Veronica Malolos, CCIM ( NAI Realvest ) Managing Broker and Principal for Capital Stack Real Estate Group, in negotiating the purchase of the original Centerstate Bank building on Budinger Ave. and 192 in St. Cloud, Florida.

Malolos represented both Buyer and Seller in the transaction valued at $ 590,000. CenterState completed a lot split on their property to allow for the sale of their bank building and constructed a new CenterState bank building on the corner of Budinger Ave. The pharmacy closed on April 30, 2017.
