ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. – Larissa Dutra closed a sale of a 510 square foot property at 409 Montgomery Rd, #161, Altamonte Springs  for $ 75,000 on July 22, 2019

 Dutra together with Carlos Bonilla (La Rosa Realty CW Properties), both  Principals and brokers of Capital Stack Real Estate Group brokered the transaction representing  the buyer, Devakaur Khalsa, with the seller, Betty J. Arsenault. Devakaur Khalsa is continuing to acquire additional commercial investment properties in the future.
