Background & Experience
Veronica Malolos is a respected leader with over 22 years of experience in Florida’s real estate industry. As the Founder and CEO of the CapStrata Group of Companies, she brings a deep and proven track record in development consulting, brokerage, and property management—anchored by unmatched hyper-local expertise across Osceola County and Central Florida.
She holds the elite CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation—recognized globally as a hallmark of CRE excellence. In addition to pursuing her CCIM Development Specialist certification, she completed executive education at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Veronica Malolos, CCIM serves as the 2025 Central District President of Florida CCIM and is slated to lead as State President in 2027, reflecting her deep commitment to professional excellence and leadership in the commercial real estate industry. CCIM is a prestigious global network of commercial real estate experts—recognized as the movers and shakers of the industry—who drive innovation, influence policy, and lead transformational projects across markets.
Veronica also hosts the “Women Influencers” podcast that highlights female industry and business leaders and mentors the next generation of professionals—working to create a more inclusive, empowered, and diverse future for the industry. She has been recognized three years in a row by CREi as a commercial real estate social media influencer.
A committed and passionate civic leader, Veronica served for a decade on the Osceola County Planning Commission, including three years as Chair. She also held roles on the Osceola County Board of Adjustments and served as Vice-Chair/Trustee of the Osceola County Education Foundation Charter School Board.
She and the CapStrata team continue to shape the built environment of the region through close collaboration with municipal governments, investors and space occupiers through commercial property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, property management and development initiatives.
