Veronica Malolos, CCIM (NAI Realvest) Managing Broker/ Principal of Capital Stack Real Estate Group represented both Landlord, City of Kissimee Board, and Tenant, Senator Darren Soto for the lease of 3,613 SF historic office building at 804 Bryan St. in Kissimmee on January 19, 2017 on the Senator’s first election win.

Senator Soto’s 2nd term win allowed for the 5 year lease renewal of his headquarters on January 2, 2021.
