St. Cloud, Fla. - Veronica Malolos, CCIM (NAI Realvest) Managing Broker/ Principal of Capital Stack Real Estate Group together with Ben Crosby, CCIM (Crosby & Associates) brokered the sale of Tracts 8C, 9 & 10 Stevens Corporate Campus at Progress Blvd., St. Cloud , FL 34772 on behalf of the seller, the DSD (Dependent Special District) of the City of Saint Cloud. Ed Johnson of Florida Realty Investments represented Prose Stevens Pointe Venture which acquired the 10.86 acres of land for $ 2,000,000. The Buyer is in the final permitting stages for a planned 264 unit market rate apartment project.

Malolos represented the seller, Regena Pickett. David Gustafson of Turner Real Estate Network represented the Buyer, Storlando Canoe Creek LLC, which has already initiated Phase One of construction for a mini-storage development at the site.
