Coast Oil acquires lease of 1202 W. Vine St. Kissimmee to add to its 19 other locations in Florida

Louis Whitaker closes the lease for a 966 sf property in Kissimmee. The Tenant (CapStrata Client) was looking to expand their real estate portfolio. The LL (C&W Client) was sold in a bad deal a year ago and was looking for a way out. I'm very glad that the LL and Tenant was able to come to terms (Even though it was not easy) and was able to start a good professional relationship between the two. I also, would like to point out that it was a pleasure working with Reed Fetter of C&W. He had knowledge, very professional, and a very easy broker to work with. I'm glad through this process I was able to work with him, as there were some times when we thought the deal was going to fall through. We were able to put our heads together and come up with a plan to help both the LL and the Tenant.
