Capital Stack Real Estate Group secures office lease at Renaissance II Building, Kissimmee

Veronica Malolos, CCIM, Managing Broker/ Principal of Capital Stack Real Estate Group and La Rosa Realty Central Florida closed a 5 year NNN lease agreement between Espo-Osceola LLC and VMSA LLC dba Cornerstone Pharmacy. The lease of 1,450 SF property at the Renaissance II Building, 1210 East Osceola Pkwy in Kissimmee will commence on April 1, 2021. Malolos and La Rosa represented the tenant, VMSA LLC dba Cornerstone Pharmacy in this transaction.
